Usually our MOQ is 600 pcs per color per style, but to support start up business, we are flexible to accept order no less than 100pcs/color/style while 20% to 50% UPCHARGE will be applied. However, if the total yearly volume is big enough, we will evaluate the business as a full package.

As price agreement is a very key factor to our cooperation, we insist to do a costing exercise based on customer’s old styles or we can also send you our price list with some regular styles we produced before as a reference. If our difference is within 5-10%, that can be solved out. Otherwise we might not be suitable for each other for now.

A complete tech pack includingstyles basic description, product technical sheet information, measurement, BOM(billof materials) sheet, packing accessories will be appreciated. Reference samples or e-patterns can improve costing accuracy to 90%. If you can’t send above to us, then a sketch or a picture will be fine as well, but it can only for your rough price idea.

And it’s also very important that we need to know your bulk order information for costing. Such as how many seasons/collections per year? How many styles per season/collection? How many pcs per style?
